film Brake is a kind of a tribute to the survival genre, as it builds up a
lethally claustrophobic situation to momentarily rob the audience of every bit
of its breath. Jeremy Reins is a secret service agent, who is used to risking
his life, day in and day out. Life takes a dangerous turn, when he appears on
an active hit-list that was already doing rounds of the city’s criminal dens.
With only a hope to make it out of this entire phase alive, Jeremy sleeps on,
only to awaken in a game of death. As wewatchBrake online, we find Jeremy waking up to find himself trapped
in the dark and incommodious trunk of a moving car. At that moment, neither is
his mind gripped with terror, able to realize the reason for this punishment
being dealt out to him, nor identify the people executing the same. To his

physically and mentally tortured, Jeremy is informed of the identity of his
captors, and the very reason that forced them to dole him out this kind of a
treatment. Here, Jeremy realizes that in spite, of the degree of torture that
is inflicted upon him, he is only a tiny pawn in a hugely, catastrophic and
evil plan, hatched by enemies of the president. The situation evolves as a test
for Jeremy’s courage and character, as he comes to know that information about
his president is the price that his captors are demanding for his life and his
freedom. A Secret Servant is trained not to vomit out information, no matter
standing on the gallows of death, and this is exactly what Jeremy tries proving
out to his enemies here.
